Wrong deduction from my C.Card

This is 2nd time I have stopped all auto renew options but yesterday you again deducted amount from my credit card. I spoke on live chat he asked me to send email and I did but now my bank is saying that you have completed transaction instead of refunding. Please refund my amount and remove my credit card from your site. Now no email response and no live chat.

Mac, we’ve refunded the payment.
At the moment of the payment the subscription was not cancelled in your member area, you can see all the active subscriptions in your Billing page, Subscriptions tab.
