Refund request for automatic payment

just now I received a message from my bank that an amount has been deducted. I didn’t had to purchase the credits. it was done automatically. Pleas refund the amount.

I have purchased credits last month and it was for one month. your system has taken amount automatically. As of now my website is also under maintenance. I don’t want credits right now. please refund my amount.

All the purchases are automatic monthly subscriptions, you can read it on every payment page.
You can cancel the subscription any time you want in the Billing->Subscriptions page.

If you want a refund send us the payment reference number of the payment you want to be refunded to support@sparktraffic.com
